The Background

The client is a leading property management company in the US, providing end-to-end property management services to its customers. They offer a comprehensive list of services helping their clients save time and worry over their property rentals, leasing, listing, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints, and even pursuing evictions.

The Challenge

The client relied on multiple individual legacy systems for accounting, inbound lead management, operations management, handling maintenance requests, customer complaints, etc. However, as the business scaled up, the client realized the need for a single platform that enables landlords, property managers, and real estate owners to handle the whole property management cycle most efficiently.

The Solution

Experion’s product engineering expertise has enabled enterprises across the globe to stay relevant in their industries and grow to their highest potential. Our xPlore, our MVP conceptualization blueprint approach, and xEcute approach to MVP Development framework have successfully fulfilled our commitments. The client wanted to explore any off-the-shelf property management solution that integrates existing legacy systems. But after conducting a detailed analysis on the client business requirements, team Experion proposed a single, unified cloud-based property management platform to streamline the entire property management process. The platform would enable landlords, property managers, and real estate owners to simplify managing properties, including listing, leasing, contracting, and maintenance of properties & management of service personnel. In addition, the cloud-based property management platform will kelp the organization to configure dynamic forms, define user roles, configure actions for the users in different roles, provides real-time intelligence and comprehensive reporting, thus streamlining business processes and allowing them to make insightful business decisions.

The platform is equipped to offer automated reminders, remote access, and better tools for enforcing late fees for a faster rent collection process. It also gives tenants the ability to sign up for automated payments. In addition, this cloud-based property management platform automatically saves and backs up customer data constantly, eliminating the risk of losing any customer or organizational data and making it easy to hold permanent records for auditing and marketing.

The platform is designed to offer unlimited on-demand data storage, handle substantial transaction volumes, and enable effortless collaboration.
