Job Role: Campus Recruiting Manager

Job Description: The Campus Recruiting Manager is responsible to build strong employer brand across campus community as well as attract high-potential graduates to the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key business stakeholders to determine hiring needs and translate that into a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy.
  • Build effective relationships with educational institutions (engineering / science colleges, business schools, polytechnics) across South India.
  • Design various engagement programs to promote employer brand in student and faculty communities.
  • Liaison with business leaders and design internship programs to suitable students.
  • Plan and host campus recruitment drives in various regions and institutions in coordination with placement officers.
  • Engage with hired pool consistently to increase joining ratio.
  • Track and analyze hiring data to identify trends.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Sound understanding of various educational institutions across South India.
  • Ability to present to a large group effectively, ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR/Marketing.
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in Marketing/Branding/Campus Engagement.
