Executive – Inside Sales

Job Overview

Executive – Inside Sales will work along with the sales regions/ partners, business solutions and marketing team to take a lead in initiating and driving outbound lead generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Market research and build industry specific prospect databases
  • Map potential customer needs and requirements with Experion offerings
  • Identify key stakeholders within target customer databases
  • Create content/ scripts for inside sales campaigns
  • Execute email campaigns and make outbound cold calls
  • Fix up sales appointments and route it to the right internal stakeholders
  • Work on creating leads & appointments to achieve set monthly/ quarterly targets
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects
  • Team up with other internal stakeholders to build sales pipeline and close deals

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Quick learner and good research skills
  • Experience in using any CRM solution will be added advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • BBA/ MBA or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-year Industry experience
  • Strong listening and research skills
  • Persistent and positive attitude
