The client is an early stage enterprise offering technology-based solutions for the niche veterinary healthcare market. The launch offering from the client is a web and mobile platform for pet/ animal owners to avail services of participating veterinary hospitals & clinics. The solution would enable pet owners to search & book appointments based on required specialty, location and availability. The platform would also allow owners to keep track of their pet’s grooming schedule, vaccination schedule, etc.
Experion is currently working closely with the client to make the platform live and pilot the application to a select set of end customers. The solution suite comprises of an end user mobile app, a veterinary doctor/ clinic/ hospital facing web app and an admin portal. Developed originally by a third-party vendor, the application had quality issues, due to which the product launch was delayed. Experion deployed a team of mobile and web developers to perform a complete review of the application code initially and charted out an action plan to take over the development. The immediate priority for the team will be to complete the development of launch version, fix identified quality issues and deploy the application. Once this is complete, the team will collaborate with the client to chart out a product road map and continue with further development and ongoing maintenance of the platform.
