A key requirement for the business is the development of a customized order processing application that successfully integrates with their ERP system. Experion will provide software development and testing support to them as part of the contractual arrangement.
The initial phase of the project will involve an onsite exercise, where a team of architects and business analysts from Experion will work closely with functional and technical experts from the client side. In parallel, Experion will ramp up a development team from the offshore delivery center to develop a fully customized B2B portal that will help the client offer a better customer ordering application to their 400+ healthcare customers across North America. The application is expected to improve the order management process and help increase revenue for them apart from improving buying experience for their customers.
