Founded in 1991, the client is a specialized financial process management company based in Texas, providing services throughout the United States. Services are offered directly to consumers through the client’s online portal. They also have a team of field representatives who are managed remotely.
The current project undertaken by Experion involves maintenance & enhancements of the client’s core financial process management system. Experion will also develop a customer portal and a mobile application (which will be used by the company’s field representatives) as part of the engagement. The system will help the client manage its financial management processes, right from assigning tasks to generating invoices for the clients. The customer portal will enable end consumers to view the status of their application. Enhancements planned for the financial management system includes development of a visual analytics module and integration with QuickBooks.
