Experion has entered into an agreement with a healthcare company specialized in behavioural health services. Their next generation proprietary software platform combines clinical experience and business rules accumulated over nearly three decades of 24/7 crisis line operations. The solution provides detailed call documentation and history and is HIPAA compliant.

The client is planning to expand their service spectrum by offering increased value add to customers. The project involves development of the client’s next generation software platform that can potentially be offered on a SaaS model for other companies. As part of the engagement, Experion will provide architectural consulting services, UI/UX redesign services, software development and maintenance support services for the client’s software platform.

Experion has initiated the project with a joint workshop with the client to gain a deeper understanding of system requirements and the product roadmap. Led by a team of techno-functional consultants, Experion will work together with the client team to prioritize identified tasks and put together a detailed initial development plan.
