Experion has signed an agreement with a $630 million health and wellness company headquartered in the US to support their digitization program on multiple fronts. The client has been in the health and wellness space for over five decades and has grown into an industry giant with operations in over 20 countries.
The client has been using their current order management software for the past 30 years and realized that they need to re-engineer the existing solution to a Java microservices architecture-based stack to suit the growing needs of their business. They also required enhancements to their current outdated payment systems using. NET, as well as enhancements to the Warehouse Management System and the Customer Care system.
As the client required guidance and support to handle the entire process, they approached Experion to help strengthen their efforts. Experion began the engagement with a discovery phase to understand the functionality, underlying architecture, and challenges that come with the existing applications. The team of business analysts and technology consultants will now work in collaboration with the client’s IT team to chart out a development roadmap for the reengineering process.
Over the coming months, the engagement is expected to grow into one encompassing the entire IT portfolio, including DevOps, Data & Analytics, database administration, payment gateway integration, mobile app development, and more.
