The objective of the portal is to ensure that the contact details and paperwork for contract staff employed by the client are captured and kept up-to-date. The the solution would help the staff to register themselves, fill in all mandatory details and electronically sign the required legal documents. It will also provide an option for the staff to update their details if required.

The portal also helps the client streamline invoice submission process for the contract staff by reducing paper-based transactions. The solution enables the staff to enter job details to generate an invoice. The invoices can be submitted through the portal for all completed jobs.
