Experion to develop enterprise portal for a Europe based client

The client is a Fire Brigade organization based in Europe which operates fire and rescue services covering 10 municipalities, has 850 employees, 15 fire stations & 9 rescue corps and serves around 1.1 million people. The objective of the project is to develop an intranet portal for the client for improved communication, collaboration and dissemination of information within the organization. The intranet portal will host latest news, departmental information, forum and documents/ newsletters for internal sharing. One of the differentiating features of the portal is that the site layout will be dynamic – i.e., on a need basis, the administrator of the website can switch between defined layouts. The intranet portal will be powered by a Content Management System (CMS) shall support uploading of content including text, graphics and images and will have multi lingual language support.
