Experion to Develop Analytics Solution for Leading Travel Solutions Provider

Experion has won a new contract to develop an analytics solution for a leading travel solutions provider in the United States. The client offers a suite of web and mobile based solutions for the travel industry, and was looking to enhance one of its key products with analytical dashboards.
The client’s product helps keep track of incidents reported by maintenance staff. When deployed at large facilities, keeping track of open items is critical for monitoring the efficiency of maintenance work and to improve overall customer satisfaction. The new solution developed by Experion will eliminate excel based tracking currently followed by end customers and instead provides a host of analytical reports. Developed as dashboards and accessible by managerial staff, the solution offers a real time snapshot of incidents/ issues for a selected facility. The dashboards and analytical reports are presented in the form of visually appealing charts that can be filtered and saved for repetitive use.
