Experion Technologies has commenced a new project with the objective of developing a cloud-based software product for managing end-to-end property management business.
Based out of the US, the client is in the business of managing, leasing, and maintaining several thousands of real estate properties. Relying on traditional tools and techniques has caused difficulties in scaling their business operations and resulted in inconsistent information, as data is managed on various disconnected systems. To address these challenges, the client wanted to develop a custom solution that can manage the entire real estate and property management business, which will streamline standard operations and reduce manual processes.
The solution is envisaged as an innovative white-labeled, cloud-based product that facilitates the management of properties, including listing, leasing, contracting, and maintenance of property & management of service personnel through a single unified platform.
As part of a phased development process, Experion conducted a detailed discovery phase to elicit, discuss, finalize, and document the requirements for the proposed platform. A team of Business Analysts, Technical Architects, and UX specialists from Experion collaborated with the client to detail the roadmap of the entire solution. Experion will then work closely with the client to prioritize the requirements and chart out a detailed project plan for the development phase of the project.
