The client is one of the youngest and the most dynamic multinational banks with a significant focus on corporate and financial institutions, as well as an established retail customer base. 

The client has over a thousand employee bases spread across multiple countries. As most of them are now working from home, it has become a challenge to manage the HR operations for such a large employee base. They realized they need to streamline their management systems to efficiently manage their HR activities during and post the COVID-19 era. 

At present, the client uses multiple HR management systems to carry out HR operations and functions, leading to poor adoption and lower efficiency. The client approached Experion to streamline their HR management systems to improve employee engagement thus making the lives of the HR department easier.

 As part of the engagement, the team at Experion in collaboration with the client identified and streamlined the requirements, challenges, and action plan. Based on these inputs, we shared a detailed proposal to build an automated HR management solution that supports their employee base and ensures superior employee experience and HR efficiency. 

This system will be architected to ensure seamless integration into all their 3rd party HR management systems. It can also be customized to suit the existing HR policies and requirements, providing smooth change management, and a better experience.
