The client is an established IT security integration and consulting firm in Australia, focusing on robust security architecture, secure cloud platforms, and advanced forensics and remediation. They have been in the industry for over two decades and have earned the trust of thousands of clients across the country.
The client’s existing platform runs on little to no automation and uses homegrown tools such as spreadsheets with macros, which were inadequate for the intense market competition and dynamic customer requirements that they faced.
