Experion has inked an agreement with the Singapore-based healthcare subsidiary of a $300 million dollar Dubai-based conglomerate with strategic investments across various sectors to undertake their complete digital transformation journey.
The client is an integrated healthcare services provider and has a significant presence in all arenas of the healthcare ecosystem including primary healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and diagnostic clinics. In addition to this, the client manages a network of healthcare facilities, including extending telehealth services to rural areas through telemedicine initiatives and remote diagnosis.
One of the strategic business initiatives of the client is a specialized 250-bedded tertiary care healthcare facility that was developed in association with Cleveland Clinic physicians. In order to provide the best possible patient experience & value-based care through transforming themselves into a truly Digital Hospital, the client understood the need to undertake a complete digital transformation and began to seek the right IT partner, and found that Experion Technologies was the right fit.
As the first phase of the engagement, a team from Experion visited the healthcare facility and the client’s digital maturity was assessed. Based on the findings, a transformation roadmap has been prepared with appropriate recommendations for each phase of the engagement.
As the client’s sole consultant for this digital initiative, Experion will drive their digital transformation journey and undertake all necessary measures, from consultancy to development and deployment to support and maintenance.
