Experion Technologies has entered into a long- term partnership agreement with one of the largest non-bank providers of direct-to-consumer loans in the United States. 

The client has been on the lookout for an IT partner that could help them adopt emerging technologies to deliver dynamic products with a focus on customer service. Experion Technologies with its expertise in managing projects for large enterprises in the financial services domain was a perfect fit. 

Team Experion conducted a “Discovery Phase” to identify the key business objectives, challenges, and goals. The exercise provided early visibility to all stakeholders and brought added clarity to the challenges that needed immediate attention.

The client first tasked Experion with re-engineering their retail loan management dashboard and custom developing a new ‘Mortgage Underwriting Conditions’ platform based on the findings of the discovery phase. The redesigned platforms will be used by Processors, Underwriters, and Funders to process loans and to identify, follow up, and rectify ‘conditions’ attached to a  particular loan.
