Experion has initiated development of a web based Effort Management application for an Engineering Services provider headquartered in Europe. The basic objective of the solution is to enable the client’s technical resources capture effort spent against tasks assigned to a project.The application, which will be accessible from web and mobile browsers, makes project tasks and effort sheets accessible to development resources, team leaders and project managers using a web based interface. Development resources assigned to a project marks effort entries against tasks and send it to team leader/ project managers for approval using the application. The dashboards provided in the system will help the project management team keep track of effort and resource utilization across projects/ business divisions across different geographies.
