The client is a fast growing and nationally recognized company which offers state-of-the-art healthcare manufacturing facilities to ensure high quality supply of medications for business customers. The company offers a broad portfolio of products that are tested and validated against highest quality standards and delivered to leading customers in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals domain.


Experion had been supporting the client since last 6 months to develop and launch a custom B2B order management and processing system. The system is critical for the client to support its growth plans and to effectively manage orders from business customers. The solution was piloted last month and the feedback from the launch customers as well as internal stakeholders was extremely positive.


Having successfully launched the platform, the client has entrusted Experion to take up the next phase of development. This will include enhancements to the solution and incorporation of feedback from customers – both aimed at streamlining the business processes associated with order management. Experion will also support the client in data migration activities and pushing the solution for a nation-wide launch by the end of first quarter of this year.
