The client is a fast-growing early-stage technology company in the hospitality space. Their solution utilizes Artificial Intelligence to provide tailored training for improving salesperson performance. The client’s sales training solution is used by some of the world’s largest leisure and hospitality businesses.

Continuing the successful engagement in providing development and maintenance support to the client for the past one year, Experion has been entrusted with the task of managing and driving their product roadmap. Under the new agreement, an experienced Product Manager from Experion will take over ownership of the client’s product development roadmap. The Product Manager will work closely with the client stakeholders, prioritize market requirements and chart out a detailed product roadmap.

Earlier, Experion had worked with the client to stabilize the software platform, incorporate key enhancements and roll out the latest version to the market. Going forward, Experion will continue to provide development and maintenance support for the client through a dedicated offshore team.
