Experion has successfully developed and delivered a solution to one of the biggest energy companies in Asia.The client, primarily engaged in the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas, operates an extensive and complex infrastructure on land and offshore facilities. The client operates thousands of trucks as part of it logistics operations covering millions of kilometers every year. Road safety and driving habits are some of the key focus areas for the client as part of its social and employee commitment. The engagement involved developing a web based, mandatory e-learning program to be rolled out for all new drivers being inducted into the organization. Experion developed the e-learning solution as an easy to use and interactive web application. The solution is used for self training and new drivers are given access to the application before they are formally inducted into the logistics team.
