Experion Technologies is developing a Footfall Analytics Solution for a New Zealand based technology solutions provider. The client enables retail & hospitality businesses to augment their processes and to stay competitive through digital transformation solutions.

The client wanted to develop a solution for retailers that helps them comply with government guidelines while reopening their businesses post the COVID-19 lockdown. After evaluating our expertise in delivering digital transformation solutions to large retail organizations across the ANZ region, the client approached Experion Technologies.

Experion’s team of solution architects and software engineers developed a footfall analytics solution. The solution tracks and monitors the incoming and outgoing traffic by enabling customers to check-in and check-out at the entrances of a retail store. Retail stores will be provided with near real-time data about customer demographics as well as footfall traffic. Leveraging proper retail analytics, the solution can help the New Zealand government to trace customers who may have come in contact with a COVID-19 positive individual. 

Hosted completely on the cloud, the solution complies with all privacy regulations and will be used by some of the largest retail chains in New Zealand.
