Experion has initiated the development of a custom business process automation tool for a niche property management company based in the US. The client, with 30 years of experience in the landscaping and construction business had a unique business workflow that involved a lot of manual processes. The client wanted a solution that could automate their business process – cutting down on manual errors, improving employee efficiency, and decreasing unwanted expenditures. 

The client approached Experion to build a custom solution for them as most commercial-off-the-shelf solutions (COTS) did not meet their dynamic business requirement. As part of the engagement, Experion’s Business analysts held detailed discussions to learn the client requirements and developed a strategy to accomplish their business objectives. The solution is envisioned as two distinct applications. A mobile application for their field executives and a web application for their operations, sales, admin, and accounts teams.  

Developed using the latest mobile and web technologies, the solution will enable the operations team to direct an inquiry to the field for a quotation and convert the quote into a work order and finally an invoice seamlessly with little manual intervention.
