The client is Kuwait’s largest public transportation provider with a fleet of more than 500 buses. The solution will consist of the following:

  • Android and iOS-based mobile applications for public transport users in Kuwait that allow them to plan journeys, be notified of bus arrival times, be alerted at various stages of their travel and allow them to purchase bus pass top ups through the application
  • Web portal will be used for administrative and operations management which will display dashboards to view app usage, and user statistics.
  • This application will be a first of its kind in the public transportation domain within Kuwait. The customer looks to gain a significant competitive edge in the market by offering travel information to passengers on their smart phones and offering top-ups for bus pass holders through the application.
