Experion started on a new project for a US-based startup, involving re-development of a scheduling system connecting end users with service providers. The platform will be developed for a technology startup based in the United States. The solution will be built using hybrid technologies for enabling accessibility from both the Web & Mobile platforms. Available in the Mobile platform for end users and Mobile & Web platforms for service providers, the solution provides a convenient channel for managing appointments through different business verticals. The USP of the application is that it allows users to be put on a waiting list in case the appointment is unavailable. In case of cancellations, the system automatically sends out a notification to wait-listed users for confirming the revised appointment timings.
