Experion has been chosen to build a video-based social network for an early-stage organization. The objective of the web & mobile based platform is to enable end users to create videos, edit and share it with other for social networking. The initial scope of work involves drawing up the wireframes and UI designs for the unique video based social network. The application is intended to allow end users to record video, edit it with filters and post to their network. The key objective of the current project is to identify the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the overall solution and a comprehensive plan for developing and deploying the application. The deliverables from this phase will provide a clear idea of the solution scope to all stakeholders of the solution before the actual development commences.
