The client is a major in frozen foods segment and enjoys a share of 30% in the Indian market. As a market leader in the segment, the client is preparing itself for further growth in wake of rising demand for convenience foods and ready-to-eat products in the country.

Operating in pan India scale, the client operates through a series of C&F agents and distributor network to make sure that the product reaches maximum number of retail outlets. With more than 100+ own sales team, 225+ channel partner team and presence in 120 cities across the country, the client wanted to streamline the needs of the modern day sales organisation. As part of this, the client evaluated multiple ERP/ CRM solutions to meet the needs of organisational, channel partner and field sales team requirement and has decided to implement the FieldMax solution.

Client team will use FieldMax mobile application for monitoring sales and marketing activities while the distributor team will use FieldMax mobile application for retail sales execution activities such as sales order, inventory updates, merchandising, asset tracking, etc. Since the mobile application is connected to the backend FieldMax Office application, the distributor team will have real time visibility to sales orders and market activities, enabling quick invoicing and product shipment. FieldMax application will also publish reports to critical stake holders as alerts, which will help the team to stay connected with market updates round the clock.
