The client is one of the leading practitioners of traditional, alternative medicines in India and operates specialized clinics and hospitals across the India. To support its growth plans and to standardize operations across the group’s outlets, the client is planning to develop a high specialty, decision support application. To be used by healthcare practitioners, the application is aimed to support systematic analysis and decision making by automating some of the key business processes. Experion is working closely with functional experts from the client to map the business processes and to create a highly configurable system. The solution is scheduled to go live within a three month time period.
