Experion is in the process of building a software solution for business strategy development, execution and monitoring for a US-based startup focusing on enterprise business performance. The solution, when implemented, will help consolidate information silos into a single application where stakeholders can easily plan and execute tasks. The solution will have a gamified interface for adding a fresh, new dimension for enterprise business management and management dashboards to track performance and take strategic decisions based on real time business data. It will also have integration with multiple enterprise systems to fetch business critical data across different functions. We are currently defining requirements and user interface specifications for the same.
