The mobile solution, designed to be used in Android tablet devices, will be used by cruise ship stewards to manage their daily activities on the fly. The application will eliminate paper-based management of customer information, by enabling stewards to access customer details and attend to customer requests using the tablet based solution. The application provides a very simple, intuitive user experience and can be used by on-duty cabin staff with minimal training. The solution improves the productivity of stewards by providing critical information in real time and thereby enhances overall customer satisfaction.
