Martin A W Debel (Head - Maritime Solutions)

Martin Debel holds Dutch Nationality and is one of the founder members of Experion. With almost 30 years of working experience in the maritime and logistics sectors he brings unparalleled expertise. He is a member of the Board and Head of the Ports, Terminals & Shipping practice. He holds an engineering degree from the Rotterdam Institute of Technology in maritime science, where he also obtained a licence as a navigation officer for seagoing vessels of unlimited size. 

Victor G.Thangadurai (Consultant - Maritime Solutions)

Mr.Victor G Thangadurai is actively involved in directing development of Port Operating Systems in multiple ports. Victor is a well-known figure in the Port Community. He has served Tutucorin Port, India, as its Deputy Director. He is the most respected Port IT expert in India and is a consultant to Indian Ports Association and several major ports in India including Kolkata Port Trust, Cochin Port Trust and New Mangalore Port Trust. He brings with him more than 33 years of experience in the Port sector, of which 24 years were spent in the IT field.

Dr. Jim Jarvis (Head - Land Transport Solutions)

Jim Jarvis, although born in the UK, now holds Australian nationality and has lived in Melbourne for over 30 years. He has a first degree in Civil Engineering, an M Sc in Transportation and a PhD in the area of heavy vehicle safety. Jim has over thirty five years experience in road transport and safety practice, research, administration and teaching. Jim has maintained an intense and vital involvement with road transport and safety, particularly in the transport problems of motorising countries, visiting and carrying out projects in a number of them.

Dr Kuncheria has thirty years of experience in teaching, research, consultancy and administration in the Department of Technical Education, Government of Kerala.
