Location : Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi
- Responsible for building and strengthening a learning culture within the organization.
- Liaise with business leaders to identify key development needs across different departments.
- Conduct training need identification, skill matrix development and spearhead competency mapping initiatives.
- Design, execute and evaluate all leadership and soft skills development programs across locations.
- Identify and hire trainers, negotiate contracts, and partner with trainers to design and delivery training programs.
- An individual with strong passion to help people learn and grow.
- Familiarity with learning concepts, methodologies, various platforms and best practices.
- Hands on experience in designing and delivering training programs in Leadership /Communication /Soft skills is mandatory.
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in an L&D function of an IT/Software Organization.
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in OD / OB / Behavioral Psychology is preferred. A professional certification in Learning & Development is a plus.
- Open to travel to other locations frequently.
