The client is focused on providing a rich experience for customers who want to conveniently connect with catering companies for specific occasions. Customers can use the application to publish their requirements based on food category and location. Based on this, providers can view listed orders and bid against the requirements.
The proposed solution will support same day as well as future orders from customers. The solution will have a repertoire of features such as the food truck locator, daily deals from local restaurants and service provider ranking based on user feedback. The application will also support messaging between customers and successful bidders and offer loyalty points for regular customers. The intuitive user interface and unique features offered by the solution is expected to encourage frequent usage by customers, thereby generating revenue opportunities for caterers.
The mobile app will be developed in both iOS and Android platforms.
