Campus Bridge is our initiative that gives academia an opportunity to capitalize on this expertise for the development of their young undergraduates and post graduates. Campus Bridge is the link between Engineering students graduating and initiating their first jobs in the workplace.

Campus Bridge comprises of a number of programs in which professional institutions in the engineering and management disciplines can participate. It offers the following programs:

Faculty Orientation Program

Industry adopts changing technologies to keep pace with market demand and competition. It is often impractical to implement changes to curriculum with market changes until the technologies have matured. Especially in the field of information technology, hardware and software tools changes can occur at times in less than a year. The faculty orientation program is designed to keep the faculty up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the industry. The program comprises of seminars and workshops which enable the faculty to be abreast with the latest technology trends in the industry.

Research Associate Program

Experion Technologies have a core research and development group that undertakes technology research projects that maintain us at the forefront of technology. Research and development projects are vital to our business and form part of the different product developments that we undertake. Apart from Technology research we also work on product and market feasibility studies. We have strategic partnerships with selected academic institutes to be part of these R&D and market research programs and provide exposure to students on these projects.

Industry Grooming Workshops

Industry grooming workshops are preparatory sessions prior to students joining the industry. These are conducted as two half-day sessions orientating students on different topics that assist them to understand the job market from a global employability perspective. The workshops cover different topics such as Economics, Technology, Value Engineering, Leadership and Management. With our experience in having shaped many careers, it provides guidance to students in choosing the right specialisation and enhances their outlook when approaching their career plans.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) Sessions

Experion Technologies, with the rich and varied experience in leading edge technologies and methodologies, undertakes specialized trainings on Technology, Management and Software Development methodologies. These are short and advanced sessions that the Experion subject matter experts would provide to faculties, students and programmers in smaller groups.
