| Faculty Orientation Program |
 Industry adopts changing technologies to keep pace with the market demand and competition. It is often impractical for implementing changes to the curriculum with the market changes until the technologies are matured. Especially in the field of information technology, hardware and software tools changes occur at times in less than a year. The faculty orientation program is designed to keep the faculty up-to-date with the latest technology trends in the industry. The program would comprise of seminars and workshops which would enable the faculty to be abreast with the latest technology trends in the industry. |
| Research Associate Program |
 Experion Technologies have a core research and development group that undertakes technology research projects that maintain us at the forefront of technology. The research and development projects are key to our business and form part of the different product developments that we undertake. Apart from Technology research we also work on product and market feasibility studies. We have strategic partnerships with selected academic institutes to be part of these R & D and market research programs and provide exposure to students on these projects. |

| Industry grooming workshops |
| The industry grooming workshops are preparatory sessions prior to the students joining the industry. These are conducted as two half-day sessions orientating students on different topics that would assist them in understanding the job market from a global employability perspective. It covers different topics like Economics, Technology, Value Engineering, Leadership and Management. With our experience in having shaped many careers, It would coach the students in choosing the right specialisation and also enhance their outlook when approaching their career plans. |

| Experion Technologies, with the rich and varied experience in leading edge technologies and methodologies, undertakes specialized trainings on Technology, Management and Software Development methodologies. These are short and advanced sessions that the Experion subject matter experts would provide to faculty, students and programmers in smaller groups. |
